Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or purchasing access to VideoTraining, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Course access and license
A course purchase or an active subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to stream the corresponding course content for your own learning. You may not download, redistribute, publicly perform, or resell course content.
Payments and billing
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of tax as required by your billing location.
Acceptable use
You agree not to circumvent access controls, scrape or bulk-download content, share your account credentials, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See the Refund Policy for the statutory withdrawal right and its limits for digital content.
Intellectual property
All course content, branding, and platform software remain the property of VideoTraining or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that content to you.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, VideoTraining is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VideoTraining is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform before they take effect.
