Refund Policy

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of the contract, without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Because our courses are supplied as digital content not delivered on a tangible medium, and access to that content begins immediately after payment, this right of withdrawal ends early if you expressly request that we begin performance before the 14-day withdrawal period lapses and you separately acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once we have started delivering the digital content. At checkout we ask for this explicit consent and acknowledgment before granting immediate access to a course; if you do not give it, we withhold access until the 14-day withdrawal period has ended and your order is confirmed.

How refunds are processed

Where a refund is due, we issue it to the original payment method within 14 days of approving the request. Subscription refunds are prorated to the unused portion of the current billing period unless a full withdrawal under the section above applies.

Exceptions

Outside of the statutory withdrawal right above, we do not offer refunds for a course once a substantial portion of its lessons have been watched, or for subscription periods that have already elapsed, except where required by applicable law.
